QDo you accept same-day reservations?
AYes, we accept same-day reservations through telephone and reservation site.
Please make sure to check room availability before making your reservations.
QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
ACheck-in starts at 15 o'clock, and check-out ends at 10 o'clock. Time may vary depending on your selected plan.
QIs it possible to keep my luggage before check-in time?
AYes, please call our staffs anytime!
QWhat time does check-in end?
A The front staff is available 24 hours a day, so guest can come anytime.
However, due to security reasons, the entrance will be locked after midnight. Please ring the interphone to let our staff know of your arrival.
※Please make sure to contact us if you intend to check-in after midnight.
QCan I prolong the check-out time?
AAdditional fee will be charged every two hours increment for late check out.
~12:00 (25% of accomodation price)
~14:00 (50% of accomodation price)
~16:00 (75% of accomodation price)
Check out after 16:00 will be treated as extra 1 day reservation. There might be differences in price depending on your plan.
Depending on that day's reservations, we may refuse your late check-out request.
QIs there cancellation fee?
AFor reservations made through our official website and telephone call, we charge cancellation fees a shown below.
Check-in day : 100% of accomodation fee
Day before check-in : 50% of accomodation fee
eservations made through other reservation site or agency will have diferrent cancellation policy depending on the plan.
Please make sure you check the cancellation policy for each platform before confirming your booking and/or consult to your travel agency.

・5 years and under : free of charge (no bed)

adult fee will apply if the children requires separate bed regardless of age.
children with no-bed reservation will not be provided other amenities also.

AYes, we have 4 laundry machines that can be operated for ¥300. Drying mchine can be operated for ¥100

AWe do not have our own parking space, but we could help you find the nearest coin parking available around our otel.
QDo you have a space suitable for meeting?
AYes, we have a meeting space in the 1st floor that could accomodate up to 150 people. Hologram projector is also available to use. The fee is ¥50000 per 2 hours
QDo you offer service for printing documents or a space to use computer?
AYes, the Wi-Fi is available anywhere in the entire building and the restaurants space is generously equipped with AC plugs that guest could use anytime outside restaurant's operation time.
However, we do not offer printing service. Please use nearest Lawson prining service.

AYes, we have a foreign currency exchange machine in the 1st floor.
QWhat time does the public bath open?
APublic bath is in the basement floor.
Operation time is 15:00~25:00/ 6:00~10:00
