about reservations

QDo you accept same-day reservations?
AYes, we accept same-day reservations through telephone and reservation site.
Please make sure to check room availability before making your reservations.
QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
ACheck-in starts at 15 o'clock, and check-out ends at 10 o'clock. Time may vary depending on your selected plan.
QIs it possible to keep my luggage before check-in time?
AYes, please call our staffs anytime!
QWhat time does check-in end?
A The front staff is available 24 hours a day, so guest can come anytime.
However, due to security reasons, the entrance will be locked after midnight. Please ring the interphone to let our staff know of your arrival.

QIs it possible to extend my check-out ?
ACheck-out extension pricing:
Until 12:00pm : 25% of the last night
Until 2:00pm : 50% of the last night
For a check-out after 2:00pm, an extra night will be charged.

QIs there cancellation fee?
AFor reservations made through our official website and telephone call, we charge cancellation fees a shown below.
Check-in day : 100% of accomodation fee
Day before check-in : 50% of accomodation fee

Please make sure you check the cancellation policy for each platform before confirming your booking and/or consult to your travel agency.
QDo you accept group reservation?
AYes, we accept group reservations. Please call us for further inquiry. We also have different set of cancellation policy for group reservation.
QCan minors make reservations?
A Minors (16 years old up to 20 years old) can make reservations but is required to provide letter of consent from their guardian(s).

QIs there smoking rooms available ?
AWe have smoking rooms where only electronic cigarettes are allowed.
If smoking other than electronic cigarettes is noticed, a cleaning compensation fee (10,000 yen x number of nights) will be charged.
QDo you provide Wi-Fi service?
AYes, we provide free Wi-Fi service. Password and ID is provided at the time of check-in.
QWhat kind of amenities provided in the room?
ABath towel, face towel, cotton set, toothbrush set, hair brush, shaving cream, razor, and slipper is provided in the room. Pajamas is also provided (top and bottom type)

AHair iron (curl and straight), iron, trouser press, humidifier, smartphone charging cable (lightning, Type-B, Type-C), plug converter, luggage scale, blanket

AA bed is available for 3,500 yen (excluding tax).

QCan children and babies stay in the room?
AYes.We are delighted to welcome family group.
The room rates for children are as follows.
・13 years old and over: Adult
・Under 12 years old: One children per adult will be free of charge for bed-sharing.

The room rate will be charged as adult regardless of age if the guest required bed.
Amenity / slippers / towels / clothes are not available for bed-sharing children.

Bed sharing is only available in the following situations.
・One children per adult.
・Two children per more than 2adults.

AWe do not have our own parking space, but we could help you find the nearest coin parking available around our otel.
QDo you have a space suitable for meeting?
AYes, we have a meeting space in the 1st floor that could accomodate up to 150 people. Hologram projector is also available to use. The fee is ¥50000 per 2 hours
QDo you offer service for printing documents or a space to use computer?
AYes, the Wi-Fi is available anywhere in the entire building and the restaurants space is generously equipped with AC plugs that guest could use anytime outside restaurant's operation time.
However, we do not offer printing service. Please use nearest Lawson prining service.
QDo you have foreign currency exchange?
AYes, we have a foreign currency exchange machine in the 1st floor.
QWhat time does the public bath open?
APublic bath is in the basement floor.

A Yes, it i possible to send luggage to our hotel as long as the customer contacted us prior to shipment.
We may refuse to keep your luggage or charge deposit fee under certain circumstances. Please contact the hotel for more details.
