■How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
Generally, reservations can be confirmed up to two days in advance. Reservations made one day in advance or on the day of the reservation will be treated as requests.
■ Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellation policy:
7 to 4 days prior: 30% of the total amount (including tax)
3 to 2 days prior: 50% of the total amount (including tax)
100% of the total amount (including tax) for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the cancellation.
■ Are there any other costs besides the food and drink expenses?
The price includes all-inclusive costs, such as travel expenses for craftsmen. If you require special customization, please contact us first.
■Can you also provide utensils such as chopsticks and plates?
We provide basic wooden chopsticks, sushi serving trays, and glasses here.
If you would like to change to ceramic plates or special glasses, please contact us separately.
■What payment methods are available?
Payment is generally required in advance via credit card or bank transfer. The following brands are accepted.
