QCan I make a reservation on the day?
AReservations can be made by phone or online.
Please note that we may already be fully booked on the day, so please make sure to check the availability on the day in advance by phone or online before making your reservation.

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
However, different times may be set for accommodation packages planned by our hotel.
QI will arrive before check-in time. Can I just leave my luggage here?

AExtensions will incur additional fees as follows:
Before 12: 25% of the accommodation fee
Until 2pm: 50% of accommodation fee
After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee (the accommodation fee on the day of check-out)
* We may decline your request depending on the reservation situation.
* Regulations may vary depending on the plan.
QIs there a cancellation fee?

7日前から :宿泊料金の100%
8日前まで :無料
※ご予約頂いた旅行会社別で宿泊プランや日毎に、別途キャンセルポリシーが設定されている場合があります。
プラン詳細ページ(空室カレンダー横等)と【予約手続画面(予約step)】にて必ずキャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。プランにより異なる場合があります。
※返金不可プランに関しては予約確定後、内容変更や無料キャンセルは受け付け出来かねます。
QCan I stay as a group, such as on a company trip?
AWe accept group reservations. Please contact us via the inquiry form. In the case of group reservations, we may set a separate cancellation policy.

AYes, you can. Please contact us by phone or email. (A facility usage fee contract will be required.)
QCan minors stay alone?

AUnfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets with them to the hotel. *Excluding guide dogs and service dogs

客室内で喫煙を認めた場合、特別重点清掃費として3万円を頂戴いたします。
QIs there Wi-Fi?
AFree Wi-Fi is available. The password will be provided at check-in.
QQ.What kind of amenities are available?
ABath towels, face towels, slippers, and in-house wear (one piece) are provided in the guest rooms. Cotton sets, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, shaving cream, razors, etc. are available at the front desk, so please take as many as you need.
QWhat items are available for rental?
APlease check here for rental equipment.
QAre there extra beds available?
AWe are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not have any extra beds available.
QWill the rooms be cleaned?
ABed making will be done every 3 days from the day after check-in.
Trash will be removed from the trash cans and towels will be replaced every day.
If you would like additional room cleaning, please contact the front desk by 10:00 the day before for a fee.

QCan children and babies stay?
AYou can stay overnight. Please come with your family.
Up to one child under 6 years old can share a bed with one adult for free.
* Up to two people can share a bed in one room free of charge.
*Adult rates apply when using bedding.
* Only one person can share a bed with another guest.
QDo you have a crib?
AWe do have futon sets for baby cribs available for a fee.
QIs there a service where I can leave my children?
AThere are no services such as childcare.
QAre there any nursing rooms?
AWe do not have nursing rooms available.
QAre there any amenities or rental equipment for children?
AWe provide children's tableware and baby cribs free of charge. We also provide futon sets.
*Please note that there is a limited number of each item.
About the facilities

QAre there coin laundry facilities?
AThere is a fully automatic washing machine with drying function in the room. Disposable laundry detergent is also provided.
QIs there parking available?
AWe have 5 units available. (4 mechanical units, 1 flat-laying unit *There is also space for 1 unit for handling cargo.)
You can use it during your stay for 4,000 yen (tax included) per car per night.
Reservations are required, so please contact us by phone if you wish to use the service.
QCan I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?
AWe do not offer foreign currency exchange.

QCan I send luggage from the hotel?
AYes, you can. We have a Yamato cash-on-delivery slip available.
QCan I send luggage to the hotel by courier?
AIf you wish to send luggage to the hotel, please contact us in advance.
When storing luggage, there may be cases where a separate storage fee is charged or the hotel may refuse to accept your luggage. Please contact the hotel for more information.
