We use a locally grown 'Iwatekko' rice from Iwate Prefecture, along with various side dishes using seasonal products.
The Open Sandwich Breakfast Buffet has 5 to 8 varieties of bread made using flour from locally-grown wheat,
with 2 styles of toppings to customize the sandwich.

We provide a new style of breakfast where guest(s) could arrange to their own liking.

    We serves Japanese-style breakfast with various vegetables side dishes, all served without additives. We also uses locally-grown seasonal products from various places to boost regional business, alongside Iwate-grown 'Iwatekko' rice that is famous for its slightly sweet taste.
