QCan I make a reservation on the day?
AReservations can be made by phone or online.
Please note that we may already be fully booked on the day, so please make sure to check the availability on the day in advance by phone or online before making your reservation.
QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. However, different times may be set for accommodation packages planned by our hotel.
QI will arrive before check-in time. Can I just leave my luggage here?
AYes, that is possible. Please feel free to ask our staff.
We are unable to accept excessively large luggage, excessive amounts of luggage, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.
QWhat time is check-in?
AThe front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so it's no problem if you arrive late.
For security reasons, the entrance will be locked after midnight, so please ring the intercom outside the entrance.
* Please be sure to contact us if your check-in time will be after midnight.
QCan I extend my check-out time?
AExtensions will incur additional fees as follows:
Before 12: 25% of the accommodation fee
Until 2pm: 50% of accommodation fee
After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee (the accommodation fee on the day of check-out)
* We may decline your request depending on the reservation situation.
* Regulations may vary depending on the plan.
QIs there a cancellation fee?
AIf you make a reservation by phone or via our official website, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
The day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
* The travel agency you booked with may have different cancellation policies set for different accommodation plans or dates.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the availability calendar, etc.) and the reservation procedure screen (reservation step).
QCan I stay as a group, such as on a company trip?
AWe also accept group reservations.

QCan minors stay alone?
AIf the guest is a minor (under 18 years old) or a high school student or younger, we ask that their legal guardian submit this document.

AUnfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets with them to the hotel. *Excluding guide dogs and service dogs

QCan I smoke?
AAll rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is discovered, a separate cleaning fee (10,000 yen x number of nights) will be charged.
QIs there Wi-Fi?
AFree Wi-Fi is available. The password will be provided at check-in.
QQ.What kind of amenities are available?
ABath towels, face towels, and slippers are provided in the guest rooms. Cotton sets, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, etc. are available for self-service in the lobby. In-house clothing (one-piece type) is also provided.
QWhat items are available for rental?
AWe have a variety of items, including hair irons (curling and straightening), curling dryers, irons, ironing boards, trouser presses, humidifiers, chargers, luggage scales, wine openers, Lightning cables, etc. Please feel free to ask us for any inquiries.
QAre there extra beds available?
AEach bed is available for 3,500 yen (excluding tax). As numbers are limited, please let us know when you make your reservation. (There are some room types where additional beds cannot be added.)

QCan children and babies stay?
AYou can stay overnight. Please come with your family.
The accommodation rates for children are as follows:
・Age 13 and over: Adults
・Children under 12 years old: Free (if sharing existing bed)
If a child uses a bed, they will be charged the same rate as an adult regardless of age.
Amenities, slippers, towels, and in-house clothing are not provided for children sharing beds.
The maximum number of people allowed to share a bed is as follows:
・When staying with 1 adult, up to 1 person can share a bed
・If two or more adults are staying, up to two people can share a bed
QDo you have a crib?
AWe are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not have baby cribs available.
QIs there a service where I can leave my children?
ANo.
QAre there any nursing rooms?
AWe do not have nursing rooms available.
QAre there any amenities or rental equipment for children?
AWe do not have any amenities or rental equipment for children.
QI will be sharing a bed with my host. Are there any amenities available?
APlease note that if you are sharing a bed with your pet, amenities, slippers, towels, and indoor clothing will not be provided.
About the facilities

QAre there coin laundry facilities?
AThere are two washing machines and two dryers on the second floor of the hotel. The washing machine costs 300 yen per use, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes.
QIs there parking available?
AThere is no on-site parking. Please use the paid parking lots in the surrounding area.
There is an affiliated parking lot (5 spaces) behind the hotel which guests can use from 3pm to 11am the following morning for a maximum fee of 1,500 yen.
*Please collect your service voucher at the front desk.
*An additional fee will be charged when re-entering or exiting the facility.
*Please note that we do not accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
QIs there a place where we can hold meetings?
ANo.
QIs there anywhere I can use a computer or print documents?
AThe entire building is equipped with free WiFi spots. There are power outlets on the restaurant tables on the first floor, so you can use them.
Printing of documents is available at the front desk for 10 yen per black and white page and 50 yen per color page.
QCan I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?
AThere is an automatic foreign currency exchange machine available for your use at the front desk on the first floor.

AAfter exiting the hotel's main entrance, cross the traffic lights on your left and you will see a Lawson convenience store within a 1-minute walk.

AYes, you can. We have a Yamato cash-on-delivery slip available.
QCan I send luggage to the hotel by courier?
AIf you wish to send luggage to the hotel, please contact us in advance.
When storing luggage, there may be cases where a separate storage fee is charged or the hotel may refuse to accept your luggage. Please contact the hotel for more information.
