QWhat time is check-out?
ACheck-out is generally by 10:00. (This varies depending on the plan.)
QCan I extend my check-out time?
AExtensions will incur additional fees as follows:
Before 12: 25% of the accommodation fee
Until 2pm: 50% of accommodation fee
After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee (the accommodation fee on the day of check-out)
* We may decline your request depending on the reservation situation.
* Regulations may vary depending on the plan.
QIs there a curfew?
AThere is no curfew. You can enter and exit the facility 24 hours a day.
QCan I invite people into my room?
ADue to increased security measures, we ask that only guests be allowed into the hotel. If you wish to meet with someone, please do so in the lounge on the first floor.
QI'd like to extend my stay.
APlease contact the front desk. Please note that we may not be able to prepare a room for you depending on the room availability for the next day. If you wish to extend your stay, the best deal is to make a reservation through our hotel website.
QCan children and babies stay?
AYou can stay overnight. Please come with your family.
The accommodation rates for children are as follows:
・Age 13 and over: Adults
・Children under 12 years old: Free (if sharing existing bed)
If a child uses a bed, they will be charged the same rate as an adult regardless of age.
Amenities, slippers, towels, and in-house clothing are not provided for children sharing beds.
The maximum number of people allowed to share a bed is as follows:
・When staying with 1 adult, up to 1 person can share a bed
・If two or more adults are staying, up to two people can share a bed
QCan minors stay alone?
AIf the guest is a minor (under 18 years old) or a high school student or younger, we ask that their legal guardian submit this document.

About the rooms
Rooms

AYou can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi in your room (free of charge).
Please refer to the information card given to you at check-in for the SSID and password.
QDo you have baby cribs and extra beds?
AWe are very sorry. Unfortunately we do not have it available.
QAre there smoking rooms?
AWe have smoking rooms where only electronic cigarettes are permitted.
If smoking other than with e-cigarettes is discovered, a separate cleaning fee (10,000 yen x number of nights) will be charged.
QI lost my key.
AIf you lose your card key, we will charge a fee of 2,000 yen to reissue the card. Please contact the front desk.
QCan I make an outside call from the telephone in my room?
APlease note that the telephones installed in the guest rooms of our hotel can only be used for internal calls and to make calls to the front desk.
Facilities and services
QCan I store my luggage?
AYes, it is possible for you to do so free of charge. However, the deadline for storing your luggage will be from the check-in date to the check-out date.
We are unable to accept excessively large luggage, excessive amounts of luggage, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.
QCan I send luggage?
AYes, you can. You can choose between prepayment and cash on delivery. Waybills are available at the front desk, so please feel free to ask a staff member for one. However, depending on the size, we may not be able to handle some items. Also, international shipping is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
QIs there a trouser press?
AYes, we do. They are available for loan at the front desk, so please feel free to ask.
QIs there an iron?
AYes, we do. They are available for loan at the front desk, so please feel free to ask.
QIs room service available?
AUnfortunately, our hotel does not offer room service.
QI'd like to measure the weight of my luggage.
ALuggage checkers (scales) are available at the front desk. Please feel free to ask at the front desk.
QWhere are the vending machines?
AIt is located on the first floor.
QWhere is the coin laundry?

QWhere is the ice machine?

QCan I arrange a massage?
AYes, you can. However, this is limited to massages at our hotel. If you have decided on the plan and time you would like, please make a reservation via the extension number.
QCan I exchange foreign currency?
AThere is a foreign currency exchange machine next to the front desk on the first floor.
QI'd like to use the cleaning service.
AThis service is currently under preparation.
Transportation
QIs there a pick-up service at Haneda Airport?
AWe do not provide pick-up services. Please use public transportation when visiting the facility.
QCan I make a reservation in advance for the shuttle bus to Haneda Airport?
AWe do not accept advance reservations. Reservations will be made at the time of check-in.
Please note that as it is first come first served, you will not be able to use the parking lot if it is full. If you are using a late night or early morning flight, please allow yourself plenty of time to travel.
QI'd like to call a taxi.
AWe will call a taxi for you at the front desk. However, depending on the time of day, there may be traffic jams or we may not be able to secure an available taxi, so we recommend that you allow plenty of time when traveling.
QIs there parking?
AWe have four units available.
You can use it during your stay for 2,500 yen (tax included) per car per night.
