QCan I make a reservation on the day?

AYes, you can make an order by phone or online.
Please check availability in advance as the hotel may be fully booked.

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?

ACheck-in: from 3pm
Checkout: Until 12:00
*Some accommodation plans may have different time settings.
*We are available 24 hours a day, so please rest assured even if you arrive late at night.
*The entrance will be locked after midnight. Please use the intercom next to the entrance to call us.
*If you plan to arrive after midnight, please contact us in advance.

QI will arrive before check-in time. Can I just leave my luggage here?

AYes, we can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out free of charge.
*We cannot store valuables, fragile items, or food.
*We ask that you pick up your item on the same day.
*Please check with the hotel in advance if you have large or excessive luggage.

QCan I check in early or extend my check-out time?

ANormally, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee per room as listed below.

Entry after 11:00: 2,000 yen (tax included) / 1 hour

Late check-out
Extension until 2:00 PM: 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour
(※Available until 14:00 at the latest)

QIs there a cancellation fee?

AThe following cancellation fees will apply for reservations made by phone or through our official website.
On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
Previous day: 50% of the accommodation fee
*Please note that separate cancellation policies may apply depending on the travel agency you booked with, your accommodation plan, and the date of your stay.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the availability calendar, etc.) and on the booking procedure screen (booking step).

QCan I stay as a group, such as on a company trip?

AYes, we accept your request. Please contact us through the inquiry form.

QCan minors stay alone?

AIf the guest is a minor (under 18 years old) or a high school student or younger, we ask that a parent or guardian submit this document.
Please download the consent form here.
Please send it to us in advance by mail, fax, or email, or submit it when you check in.

QCan I use a credit card?

AYes, you can.
Supported brands: Visa, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay

QCan I use electronic money (cashless payment)?

AYes, you can.
Supported brands: Suica, PASMO, ICOCA and other electronic transportation money, nanaco, QUICPay, Rakuten Edy, WAON
*Alipay and WeChat Pay are not available.

QCan I stay with pets?

AWe are sorry, but we do not allow guests to bring pets with them (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).

QCan children sleep in the same bed as me?

AChildren aged 6 and under can stay free of charge if sharing existing beds.
The maximum number of people allowed to share a bed is as follows:

In the case of one adult staying: up to one person can share a bed
For guests staying with 2 or more adults: Up to 2 guests can share a bed

*If you use a bed, the price will be the same as an adult regardless of age.
*Amenities, slippers, towels, and indoor wear are not provided for children sharing a bed.
*Please note that if you make a reservation for more than the above-mentioned number of children who will be sharing a bed, the accommodation fee for the extra children will be the same as for adults and will be paid on site.

Rooms

QCan I smoke?

AAll rooms are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). A smoking room is available on the first floor.
If smoking is permitted in the guest room, a special cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.

QQ.What kind of amenities are available?

ARoom wear, slippers, bath towels and face towels are provided in the guest rooms.
In consideration of the environment, we refrain from providing amenities such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, and cotton sets in the guest rooms.
If you need one, please ask the front desk staff and they will give it to you.

QWhat items are available for rental?

AWe offer a variety of items including hair irons (curling and straightening), straighteners, humidifiers, charging cables, luggage scales, wine openers, and more.
*Please note that quantities are limited.
*Amenities may vary depending on the hotel. Please contact the hotel for details.

QAre there extra beds available?

AWe apologize, but we do not have extra beds available.
However, depending on the room type, we may be able to provide a sofa bed as a bed (for an additional charge).

QI'd like to use the cleaning service.

AWe do not provide laundry services. Please use the coin laundry facilities in the building.

QWill you provide cleaning every day?

AOur hotel implements environmentally friendly "eco-cleaning" procedures.
For guests staying multiple nights, we offer the following daily:

Garbage collection
Replacement of used towels

For stays of 4 nights or more, standard cleaning (bed making, bathroom cleaning, etc.) will be provided every 3 days.
*Information may differ for some plans, such as weekly plans.

For guests with children

AWe have it available.

QIs there a service where I can leave my children?

AWe are sorry, but we do not offer childcare services.

AYes, there is a coin laundry available for a fee.

QIs there anywhere I can use a computer or print documents?

QIs there parking available?

AReservations are required. Please contact us by phone to make a reservation.
Parking is available for cars and motorcycles. The following rates apply during your stay.
・Car: 3,000 yen (tax included) per vehicle per night
・Motorcycle: 1,500 yen (tax included) per motorcycle per night

QIs there Wi-Fi?

AFree Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

QAre there any nursing rooms?

AWe are sorry, but we do not have a nursing room.

QCan I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?

ASorry, we do not offer foreign currency exchange.

QIs there a fitness room?

AWe are sorry, but we do not have a fitness room.

Access and Area Information

QIs there a shuttle bus to the hotel?

AYes, our hotel operates a free shuttle bus service.
A shuttle bus service is available between JR Keiyo Line's Maihama Station and the hotel.

QAre there any convenience stores nearby?

Other services

QCan I send luggage from the hotel?

AYes, delivery service is available.
Please inform the front desk the day before for pickup or shipping.
*International shipping is not available.
*We also offer same-day airport delivery service (Airporter).

QCan I send luggage to the hotel by courier?

AYes, you can send it in advance.
*Please write the name of the person who made the reservation on the shipping label. If we cannot confirm this, we may not be able to pick up the item.
*Refrigerated and frozen items cannot be accepted. Please contact the hotel for details.
*Please refrain from bringing expensive items, large amounts of luggage, or heavy or large items (the hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage).

AYes, please contact the front desk.

QWhat items are allowed to be brought in?

APlease refrain from bringing in the following items.
Fins, beach balls, sunscreen, food and drinks (excluding beverages for hydration), picnic tents, etc.
You are welcome to bring in inflatable rings, but please be aware that we may ask you to leave depending on the crowd situation.

QHow deep is the water?

QAre there changing facilities and showers available?

AThere are changing rooms with showers in the pool area.
We ask that guests change clothes in their rooms, but please wear a jacket when moving around the hotel.
After enjoying the pool, you can also warm up in the large public bath on the second floor.

QDo you have a spin dryer?

AYes, we have it ready.

QAre you open when it rains?

AAs this is an outdoor facility, we may suspend or restrict operations depending on the weather and safety considerations.

QIs it okay to travel in my swimsuit?

APlease wear a jacket (such as a gown) when moving around. We ask that you refrain from moving around in nightwear.

QCan I use your services if I have tattoos?

AFor the consideration of other customers, we ask that you refrain from using the service if your clothing is exposed.
You can use the facilities if you cover yourself with a rash guard or similar garment.

QIs it possible to take photos or videos?

AIt is possible, but please be sure to take sufficient care to respect the privacy of other customers and avoid including them in your photos.
