QCan I make a reservation on the day?

AYes, you can make an order by phone or online.
Please check availability in advance as the hotel may be fully booked.

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?

ACheck-in: from 3pm
Check-out: by 10am
*Some accommodation plans may have different time settings.
*We are available 24 hours a day, so please rest assured even if you arrive late at night.
*The entrance will be locked after midnight. Please call using the intercom next to the entrance.
*If you plan to arrive after midnight, please contact us in advance.

QI will arrive before check-in time. Can I just leave my luggage here?

AYes, we can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out free of charge.
*We cannot store valuables, fragile items, or food.
*We ask that you pick up your item on the same day.
*Please check with the hotel in advance if you have large or excessive luggage.

QCan I extend my check-out time?

AExtensions will incur additional fees as follows:
Before 12: 25% of the accommodation fee
Until 2pm: 50% of accommodation fee
After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee (the accommodation fee on the day of check-out)
*We may decline your request depending on the reservation situation.
* Regulations may vary depending on the plan.

QIs there a cancellation fee?

AIf you make a reservation by phone or through our official website, the cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
From 7 days before: 100% of the accommodation fee
Up to 8 days in advance: Free
*The travel agency you book with may have different cancellation policies for different accommodation plans or dates.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the availability calendar, etc.) and on the reservation procedure screen (reservation step). It may differ depending on the plan.
*For non-refundable plans, we cannot accept changes to the plan or free cancellations after the reservation is confirmed.

QIs there a cancellation fee?

A Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before your arrival.
Cancellations made within a week of your stay will incur the full accommodation fee.

Please Note:

If you booked through a travel agency, your cancellation terms may vary depending on your specific plan or dates. We recommend checking your booking confirmation for the exact policy that applies to your reservation.
Special promotional and non-refundable rates have different terms and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

We suggest reviewing your cancellation terms when booking to make sure they work with your travel plans.

QCan I stay as a group, such as on a company trip?

AWe accept group reservations. Please contact us via the inquiry form. In the case of group reservations, we may set a separate cancellation policy.

AYes, you can. Please contact us by phone or email. (A facility usage fee contract will be required.)

QCan minors stay alone?

AIf the guest is a minor (under 18 years old) or a high school student or younger, we ask that a parent or guardian submit this document.

*Alipay and WeChat Pay are not available.

QCan I stay with pets?

AWe are sorry, but we do not allow guests to bring pets with them (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).

QCan children sleep in the same bed as me?

AChildren aged 6 and under can stay free of charge if sharing existing beds.
The maximum number of people allowed to share a bed is as follows:

In the case of one adult staying: up to one person can share a bed
For guests staying with 2 or more adults: Up to 2 guests can share a bed

*If you use a bed, the price will be the same as an adult regardless of age.
*Amenities, slippers, towels, and indoor wear are not provided for children sharing a bed.
*Please note that if you make a reservation for more than the above-mentioned number of children who will be sharing a bed, the accommodation fee for the extra children will be the same as for adults and will be paid on site.

QCan I smoke?

AAll rooms are non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes).
If smoking is permitted in the guest room, a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Some facilities have designated smoking areas, so please use those areas if you wish to smoke.

QQ.What kind of amenities are available?

AIn the guest room: loungewear, slippers, bath towels, face towels
Front lobby (free to pick up): Toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, cotton pad set

QWhat items are available for rental?

AWe have a variety of rental items available to make your stay more comfortable, including hair irons (curling/straightening), chargers, luggage scales, Lightning cables, and more.
*Please note that numbers are limited.

QAre there extra beds available?

AWe are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not have any extra beds available.

QWill the rooms be cleaned?

ABed making will be done every three days starting from the day after check-in.
If you would like additional room cleaning, we will charge an additional fee (5,000 yen/tax included per cleaning).
Please inform the front desk by 10:00 the day before.

QAre there any amenities or rental equipment for children?

AChildren's tableware and cribs are available.
There are limited quantities of each item, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like one.

AThere is a fully automatic washing machine with a drying function in the room.
We also have disposable laundry detergent available, so please use it when necessary.

ASorry, we do not offer foreign currency exchange.

AWe are sorry, but we do not provide breakfast.
The rooms are equipped with a kitchen, microwave, tableware, etc., so you can enjoy cooking and eating in your room after using the nearby supermarkets.

*International shipping is not available.
*We also offer same-day airport delivery service (Airporter).

QCan I send luggage to the hotel by courier?

AYes, you can send it in advance.
*Please write the name of the person who made the reservation on the shipping label. If we cannot confirm this, we may not be able to pick up the item.
