MONday Apart offers a combination of apartment functions for long-term guests.
We have started selling Apart Hotel's weekly and monthly plans.
With excellent facilities and complete security, you can enjoy a more relaxed stay than a hotel, and a safer and more comfortable stay than a monthly apartment.
Additionally, hotel-type accommodations offer the opportunity to enjoy activities that cannot be experienced at an apartment hotel, such as a breakfast buffet in the restaurant and a large public bath (only available at hotel MONday Premium TOYOSU).

Since it is a hotel, there is no need for a deposit, key money, key replacement fee, insurance premium, etc., which are normally required for rental properties.
