Frequently asked questions
about reservations
- QDo you accept same-day reservations?
- AYes, we accept same-day reservations through telephone and reservation
site.
Please make sure to check room availability before making your reservations. - QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
- ACheck-in starts at 15 o'clock, and check-out ends at 10 o'clock. Time may vary depending on your selected plan.
- QIs it possible to keep my luggage before check-in time?
- AIt is possible. However, please note that the front desk is open from 8:00am to
8:00pm, so please pay attention to the pick-up and drop-off times.
However,we cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing. - QWhat time does check-in end?
- ACheck-in is available 24 hours a day at the self-service check-in machine.
(Front desk face-to-face hours: 8:00-20:00)

- ACheck-out extension pricing:
Until 12:00pm : 25% of the last night

- ACancellation fees for reservations made by phone or through the official
website will be charged as follows;
Current day : 100% for a room charge
Previous day : 50% of a room charge
*Each travel agency you have booked with may have a separate cancellation policy for each accommodation plan or day.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the availability calendar, etc.) and on the "reservation procedure screen (reservation step)". It may differ depending on the plan. - QDo you accept group reservation?
- AWe accept reservations for groups. Please contact us for more information.

The room rates for children are as follows.

The room rate will be charged as adult regardless of age if the guest required bed.
Amenity / slippers / towels / clothes are not available for bed-sharing children.
Bed sharing is only available in the following situations.
・One children per adult.
