You can leave the key in your room, so there is no need to stop by the front desk.
For apartments, there are no traditional room keys. To unlock your room, use the app to read the QR code at the front desk and enter the PIN number that appears.

AThis app is available to MONday members. If you are not a member yet, you can sign up through the app.
QCan anyone become a MONday member?
ANo. According to our membership agreement, you must be 18 years of age or older to join.
QI joined MONday through the app, but can I also get a membership card?
AWhen signing up for a new membership via the app, only a digital membership card will be issued; a membership card will not be issued.
QWhat can I do with the app?
AFeatures include smart check-in/check-out, settlement, tourist information search, and membership rank.

QWhat time is smart check-in and smart check-out available?
ASmart check-in is from 13:30 to 23:59 / Smart check-out is from 5:00 to 11:00.

QI have used the service in the past, but I don't have the Monday app. Will I still be able to receive the benefits?
AIf you show us the downloaded screen, we can provide you with the benefits. The app membership card will be updated on the 1st of the following month.
QDo all guests need to have the app to receive the benefits?
AOnly the member who made the reservation will be required. However, the member who made the reservation will need to have their app screen to receive the reward.
QIs there a delivery period for the rewards?
AIt will be handed over to you between check-in and check-out.
QIf I use the service 5 times in the same month, can I become a Platinum Member?
