If you are sending luggage, please send it prepaid.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if sent cash on delivery.

The accommodation rates for children are as follows:

・Children under 12 years old: Free (if sharing existing bed)
If a child uses a bed, they will be charged the same rate as an adult regardless of age.
Amenities, slippers, towels, and in-house clothing are not provided for children sharing beds.
The maximum number of people allowed to share a bed is as follows:
・When staying with 1 adult, up to 1 person can share a bed
・If two or more adults are staying, up to two people can share a bed

AIf you make a reservation by phone or via our official website, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
The day before: 50% of the accommodation fee

Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the availability calendar, etc.) and on the reservation procedure screen (reservation step). It may differ depending on the plan.

AIf you are sharing a bed with your pet, please note that amenities, slippers, towels, and indoor clothing will not be provided.
