・During the blackout, the power supply to the entire building will be cut off, so you will not be able to use electrical appliances such as lights, refrigerators, toilets, outlets, etc.
Elevators are also unavailable.
・Air conditioning will be turned off in the entire building, including guest rooms.
・Wi-Fi is not available throughout the building.
・The power to the water heater will be cut off, so hot water will not be supplied to the washroom or bathroom.
・Inspection contractors will be allowed into the corridors of each floor.
・The power outage time may be extended depending on the inspection situation.
・We will not be able to extend check-out times on March 12, 2025.
・When making a reservation for consecutive nights, please be careful if your stay period overlaps with the above dates.
