A new long-term hotel will open in Minami-Kasai, Edogawa Ward, near Tokyo Disney Resort

Maihama View I will open on Friday, December 5, 2025. Starting today, Wednesday, September 17, we will begin selling special opening plans and other special offers.
The facility will be located in a prime location close to Tokyo Disney Resort®, which is visited by many tourists from Japan and abroad, and in an area with excellent access to Maihama Station, Kasai Rinkai Park, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. As a new urban hotel that caters to a variety of needs, including tourism, leisure, business, and long-term stays, it will further enhance the value of hotel stays.
All 57 rooms are approximately 56 square meters in size and can accommodate up to six people, with a spacious design ideal for families and groups. The interior is unified with a combination of functionality and design, providing a relaxing space that makes you feel at home. The rooms are fully furnished and equipped for long-term stays, creating an environment that will satisfy foreign tourists visiting Japan.
Furthermore, we offer a full range of services for children so that families can enjoy their stay with peace of mind. We provide children's lodging wear, amenity sets, baby beds, and more, and aim to be a hotel that can be used with peace of mind even by guests with small children.
