In addition to receiving global-standard reviews, the company has also achieved the rare distinction of being one of the top six companies in Japan.
■About the Traveller Review Awards 2026
The Traveller Review Awards are an annual awards program that recognizes partner properties that offer exceptional hospitality based on verified reviews from guests who have actually stayed at the property through Booking.com.The 2026 awards will be based on the average review score of reviews posted between December 1, 2022 and November 30, 2025. To be eligible for the award, a hotel must have an average review score of 8.0 or higher out of 10 and receive at least three reviews.
This award, based on the "real experiences" of travelers from around the world, is not simply a popularity vote, but a testament to the overall high evaluation of the quality of the accommodation experience, including cleanliness, comfort, location, and staff response.
