(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Hirabayashi) will open "Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View II," the 37th facility in the "hotel MONday Group," in Minami-Kasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, on Friday, September 11, 2026. This facility will be the third hotel in the Maihama area, following "Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View I," which opened on December 5, 2025, and "GRAND MONday Resort TOKYO BAY MAIHAMA," which is scheduled to open on July 18, 2026.
"Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View II" offers a variety of guest rooms, including a 75.39㎡ river view suite and a grill dining suite with a private terrace. In addition, it features a steak and hamburger restaurant where you can enjoy aged meats, a large public bath with a full-fledged sauna, and a fitness gym, proposing a new way to stay in Maihama.
Furthermore, a key feature of "Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View I & II" is the rooftop pool, the only one of its kind in the Maihama area, offering an extraordinary experience that makes you forget you're in Tokyo. *1

■ The only rooftop infinity pool in the Maihama/Kasai area

Located on the top floor, the infinity pool offers a resort-like atmosphere in a spacious setting that makes you forget you're in Tokyo. At night, the illuminated water shimmers, and the beautiful night view of the Maihama area unfolds before your eyes, allowing you to enjoy fireworks as well.
The poolside features "cabanas" (covered seating areas) *2 to enhance privacy, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality resort experience.
In addition to hotel guests, this pool is also available for use by local residents as visitors (for a fee). The rooftop pool is scheduled to be open from September 11th (Fri) to October 12th (Mon/Holiday), 2026.
