A new brand, "TABI," which blends the aesthetics of "Wa" (Japanese style) and the tranquility of "Zen" with modern comfort, has opened in Asakusa, a town known for its refined elegance, following UENO in Ueno, Tokyo. With 58 spacious rooms across 7 different types, it offers a high-quality accommodation experience as a new base in Asakusa.
JHAT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Representative Director: Akira Hirabayashi) will open "TABI ASAKUSA," a residence hotel that will be the 38th facility in hotel MONday group and the second facility under the new brand "TABI," on Friday, September 18, 2026.
This facility offers 58 rooms across 7 different types, making it ideal for long-term stays, and is perfect for families, groups, and small groups seeking a relaxing getaway, especially for international travelers.

The room names include terms like "Kachōfūgetsu," which refer to the beautiful natural scenery of Japan throughout the four seasons and the traditional Japanese aesthetic of appreciating it.
TABI's Policy | Sustainable Initiatives
The tableware in the guest rooms is made from Hasami ware, a type of pottery originating in Nagasaki Prefecture with a long tradition. Each piece has its own unique character, born from the manufacturing process. Please enjoy the variations in color, firing, and slight imperfections as part of their individual charm.Furthermore, the toothbrush handle is made from bioplastic, which is derived from over 40% agricultural waste such as straw. This makes it an environmentally friendly toothbrush, as it significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions during manufacturing.
