During the power outage, the entire building will be shut off, so electrical appliances such as lights, refrigerators, toilets, and outlets will not be usable.
The elevator is also unavailable.
・Air conditioning will be shut off throughout the entire building, including in guest rooms.
・Wi-Fi is not available throughout the building.
The water heater will shut off, so the hot water supply to the washroom and bathroom will stop.
• Inspection personnel will be entering the hallways on each floor.
Depending on the inspection status, the power outage period may be extended.
We are unable to extend the check-out time on October 13, 2026.
Please note that if your stay overlaps with the dates listed above when making a reservation for consecutive nights, please be aware of this.
