You can choose your favorite ingredients from the buffet table and enjoy making your own delicious sandwich.
We also stock halal-certified bread, and cater to Islamic customers, vegans, and vegetarians.
The hotel's specialty is the 20-kind spice seafood curry, which can be enjoyed with fruits and drinks.
This style allows you to take your meal back to your room and enjoy it at your own pace.
You can also eat in the restaurant, but please note that space is limited.

We use domestic wheat and high-quality French wheat, and "Kiritani Natural Yeast" cultivated in-house at the Natural Yeast Research Institute in Gunma Prefecture. We offer bread that has a moist and chewy texture and a rich aroma that is aged at low temperature for a long time.
