In Kyoto City, overtourism has become an issue, with some route buses that pass through tourist spots becoming congested with tourists, and this is also affecting the lives of local residents who use the buses to commute to work, school, or hospital.

JHAT Co., Ltd., which operates hotel MONday Group, is concerned about the current situation as an accommodation business operating facilities in Kyoto.
As part of these measures, starting November 1st, the company will provide shuttle buses to tourist destinations for guests staying at its hotels.
As the first step in providing this service, we are operating a shuttle bus to Kinkakuji Temple and Arashiyama from hotel MONday KYOTO KARASUMANIJO and Kyoto Marutamachi.
