Requests during your stay
For a comfortable trip, please check the etiquette and basic information in advance to avoid any confusion on the day.
- Please wear a diaper in the room.
- ・Please wipe your feet with wet tissue when entering the room.
- ・When moving around shared spaces such as the lobby, please either hold your baby or use a cart.
- ・Please do not leave your dog alone in the room.
Reservation process
After you make a reservation, we will send you an "Accommodation Stay Agreement" via email.
Please respond online at least two days before check-in.
The hotel may contact you if necessary for confirmation.
