- AWe do not provide pick-up services. Please use public transportation when visiting the facility.
- QCan I make a reservation in advance for the shuttle bus to Haneda Airport?
- AWe do not accept advance reservations. Reservations will be made at the time of check-in.
Please note that as it is first come first served, you will not be able to use the parking lot if it is full. If you are using a late night or early morning flight, please allow yourself plenty of time to travel.
* Reservations can be made at check-in (first come, first served).
* As the bus is limited to 10 passengers, you may not be able to board at your desired time.
* Please note that due to traffic conditions such as congestion or weather, we may not be able to operate according to the timetable.
* The hotel will not be held responsible for any delays in the shuttle or for any passengers not being able to board the plane due to the shuttle being over capacity.
Please also note that the cost of travelling by public transport or taxi will be borne by the customer.
