Reservations for the shutle service are ONLY accepted at check-in (on a first-come-first served basis).

The shuttle can take a maximum of 9 passengers. (Could be less due to the amount of carry-on baggage)

There are occasional cases that the shuttle may be delayed because of traffic. Please acknowledge it.

We shall not be responsible for any guests missing their flights so please give yourselves extra time when booking the shuttle service.
Any additional expenses for public transportation or taxi will be incurred by the guests. Please acknowledge it.

QWhen is check-out time?
AGenerally check-out time is before 11:00 (It will be changed to 10:00 from 8/1) (It depends on the reservation plan)
QIs it possible to extend my check-out ?
ACheck-out extension pricing:
Until 12:00pm : 25% of the last night
Until 2:00pm : 50% of the last night
For a check-out after 2:00pm, an extra night will be charged.
*An extension is possible depending in room availibility.
*Regulations may differ depending on the plan.
QIs there a curfew?
AThere is no curfew. You can go in and out 24 hours a day.
QIs it possible to invite people to the room?
ABecause of the security concerns, anyone other than our guests are not allowed to enter the rooms. Please use the lounge on the 1st floor for your visit.
QIs it possible to extend my stay?
A Please contact the front desk. Please be noted that room may not be able to prepare depending on the availability. If you want to extend your stay, it is recommended to make a reservation from our hotel site.
QCan children and babies stay in the room?
AYes.We are delighted to welcome family group.
The room rates for children are as follows.
・13 years old and over: Adult
・Under 12 years old: One children per adult will be free of charge for bed-sharing.

The room rate will be charged as adult regardless of age if the guest required bed.
Amenity / slippers / towels / clothes are not available for bed-sharing children.

Bed sharing is only available in the following situations.
・One children per adult.
・Two children per more than 2adults.

ASorry. Unfortunately, we do not have it.
QIs there smoking rooms available ?
AWe have smoking rooms where only electronic cigarettes are allowed.
If smoking other than electronic cigarettes is noticed, a cleaning compensation fee (10,000 yen x number of nights) will be charged.
QIf I lost the key...
AIf you lose your card key, 2,000 yen will be charged as a fee for reissuing the card. Please tell the front desk.
QIs it possible to make a call outside from the telephone in the room?
APlease be noted that the telephones in the hotel's rooms can only be used for internal calls and front desk calls.

QIs it possible to keep luggages?
AYes, it is possible to keep luggages for free. But it only suitable from check-in date to check-out date.
QIs it possible to send my luggages?
AYes, you can. You can choose from prepayment or bill recipient. An invoice is available at the front desk, so please feel free to ask the staff. However, some may not be available depending on the sizes. In addition, please be noted that international flights are not available.
QIs there a trouser press?
AYes, there is. Please feel free to ask the front desk if you want.
QIs there an iron?
AYes, there is. Please feel free to ask the front desk if you want.
QIs there room service?
AUnfortunately, room service is not available at the hotel.

About transportation

QIs it possible to reserve the shuttle bus to the airport?
AUnfortunately, it can not be reserved. Since it is by first-come-first-reserved system, please be noted that it may full. If you take late-night flights or early-morning flights, please prepare plenty of time to move.
QI would like to call a taxi...
AWe will help you to call a taxi at the front desk. However, depending on the time of day, it may be congested or you may not be able to secure an empty taxi, please prepare plenty of time to move.
QIs there a parking lot ?
